Nicki Savill

Nicki Savill is a partner heading up the firm’s outsourcing team, supporting businesses of all sizes and stages in their evolution. She brings over 25 years of experience and broad industry knowledge spanning real estate, fintech, professional services, and the hospitality and nonprofit sectors, to name a few. Nicki has grown an onshore and offshore team to provide people-led services, harnessing the best emerging technologies to deliver streamlined solutions across clients’ financial and reporting systems, creating efficiencies and saving them time. With specialisms developed among owner-managed businesses, Nicki assists her clients in achieving their objectives by providing a bespoke, holistic service.

Building strong relationships with all those she works with, Nicki is recognised for her friendly and personable approach, and her ability to communicate in a language relevant to her clients’ business and not just as an accountant. She is always considering new approaches to enhance the customer experience.

Nicki leads Moore UK’s digital network and brings her expertise to the advisory boards of Xero, SAGE, QuickBooks’ Strategic Advisory Council and other leading software companies, as well as participating in panels for Accountex and the Digital Accountancy Show.

Passionate about helping the firm in achieving and maintaining an equitable, diverse and inclusive culture and workplace, Nicki is Chair of Moore Kingston Smith’s EDI Committee. She believes in developing diverse teams to provide service of the highest quality and mentors individuals who are starting out in their careers.
