Nick Blundell

Nick Blundell has been advising a broad range of listed, privately held and private equity-backed businesses on their corporate tax affairs for more than 20 years. He has a keen focus on legal structure planning, financing, M&A, tax governance and R&D.

Primarily working with a multinational client base, Nick has worked extensively over many years with US businesses investing in the UK, which sees him working closely with Moore Kingston Smith’s wider international teams. His tax structuring experience also enables him to support our theatre practice based in the West End.

Clients say they feel that Nick is genuinely invested in the success of their business and see him more as an integral member than an external adviser. This is endorsed by additional feedback that Nick builds deep and long-lasting relationships with his clients. Nick also enjoys working closely with multiple teams across the firm.

Nick has written multiple tax articles for trade journals and is a regular contributor to the media. He is a Fellow of the ICAEW and, in his spare time, enjoys cooking, cycling, theatre and Aston Villa.
