Webinar recording: International women’s day: #BreakTheBias panel discussion
We were delighted to welcome a diverse panel of speakers to discuss their own experience of breaking biases. Listening to their stories was inspirational, and they each offered up practical advice on how we can all work together to ensure we are contributing to making the world a more equal place.
It’s important to us to continue to tackle inequality at Moore Kingston Smith and ensure that our journey is year-round. We are invested in running internal sessions for our people to continue the conversation on breaking biases and understand how we can support our people. Organised by our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion committee, the sessions aim to continue to understand how gender imbalance affects our people and what changes we can make to become a gender equal workplace.
