Claire Robinson

Claire Robinson is a director in our corporate tax team. She has been with the firm for over 12 years and, having trained in our West End media office, specialises in the media, entertainment, theatre, and film sectors, as well as leading our creative sector tax team.

Across the sectors, Claire’s strengths lie in advising owner-managed and entrepreneurial businesses on tax issues, which may affect them throughout their business life cycle. She has a breadth of knowledge across a number of specialist areas, including creative sector tax relief claims, employee incentive schemes, valuation, corporate tax structuring in the UK and internationally, EOTS and exit-planning.

Claire’s clients value her approachable advisory style and a genuine interest in the sectors and businesses she works with. Claire builds strong relationships and can skilfully navigate the complex tax world to provide clear, commercial and practical advice. Her expertise and experience in creative sector tax reliefs add real value in maximising her client’s tax credit claims.

Claire regularly works with PACT and Indielab to deliver presentations and workshops to independent production companies, which provide valuable help and support on the tax issues they face.
