Joe Regan joined Moore Kingston Smith in 2022 following roles in industry as Chief People Officer at L.K. Bennett and other HR roles for flagship brands at Selfridges, Charles Tyrwhitt, BUPA, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Marks & Spencer. Joe brings a real advantage to his clients as having stood in their shoes, he is able to see things from both perspectives as a trusted adviser and an in-house HR professional.

Drawing on his industry experience spanning senior roles in HR, Operations and Finance, Joe leads our People Advisory and HR consultancy team. His passion for creating performance-based cultures which support profitable, sustainable growth and his motivation to continually bring value to the business shines through.
