We found their availability, knowledge and patience first class. Most importantly, they were always proactive when it came to solving the inevitable hurdles that present themselves during any deal cycle.”

It was exciting to advise management on the merger of two B Corps, which have an approach to business as a force for good and we look forward to following the combined group as they continue to grow and carry forward the message of sustainable business.”
