Raising the right type of capital to help finance new ventures, is fundamental to making a business project successful. You may be looking to raise capital or debt to expand, fund acquisitions or facilitate a restructure, or just as short-term working capital. We can help you assess the right form of capital best suited to your requirements and guide you through the fundraising process.
Debt or equity?
Simplistically, there are two different types of finance: debt and equity. Debt relates to capital provided to your business on which you will be required to make interest payments. You will also be required to pay back the loan over an agreed term. Equity relates to long term risk capital provided in return for a stake in the ownership of the company.
